Definition of Success

Although I am an avid believer that hard work gets to be rewarded, I can’t help but to think that this mindset is dwindling with the speed of things going on in the business world. Only hard work visible to people will be rewarded – speaking from my personal experience. Even so, I still like to do well in what I do when no one else is looking – because I am adding value to myself (and my future self). So I guess I am successful in my own way.
